Delivery

Delivery takes 1-3 weeks during normal business.

In the event of a complaint and return, the easiest way to return the goods is to use the delivery service you have chosen. Please also note our terms and conditions.

Delivery address and billing address

If you are rarely at home during normal delivery times, we will of course also deliver to an address of your choice. Directly to your place of work, to your neighbors, to friends or acquaintances.

If the delivery is to be delivered to your neighbor or to your place of work, for example, the relevant address must be entered under “Delivery address”.
The delivery address is used solely for shipping processing and will under no circumstances be used for credit checks or marketing purposes.

Every order is processed within 3-5 business days.

Information about the delivery area

We deliver within the EU and internationally. For international shipments, the delivery time may be extended. You will be informed by email about the processing of your delivery.

Shipping

The shipping costs are calculated individually on the respective product page based on your location. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes, most of our shipments have no fees.

Shipping of original works

The shipping of original works is calculated individually and handled by a shipping service provider. Shipping insurance covers the full purchase price.
